About Us
Allied Construction Products began manufacturing pedestal boom systems in 1971. In 2001, David Price Metal Services (now Fabriweld Corporation) began machining pedestal boom systems for Allied. After demonstrating an outstanding level of quality, Allied Construction relied on Fabriweld to manufacture the entire boom system.
With everything from machining to fabricating to welding in one location, Fabriweld is uniquely suited to build booms and attachments. The 100,000-square foot facility in Norwalk, Ohio has a full-service machine shop, wide open fabrication bays and a staff of skilled tradesman with decades of experience working with steel. Fabriweld also builds hydraulic and thermoforming press systems, giving them decades of experience in hydraulics.
In February of 2016, Fabriweld purchased the Pedestal Boom Systems division from Allied Construction, creating Allied Pedestal Boom Systems. Allied PBS looks forward to servicing the 1500 systems already in the field, as well as launching a new era of pedestal boom systems. Allied PBS continues to provide quality booms and attachments, exceptional product support, and rapid order fulfillment.
